Meditation in the Park ~ A Reset After Summer

As summer begins to wind down, join me for a beautiful evening of slowing down, taking a breath and gently resetting.

On Saturday 5th September at 7:30pm, we’ll meet in Verdin Park for a guided meditation as the sun begins to set

A chance to step away from your busy life, reconnect with yourself and simply be still for a little while, surrounded by nature.

And afterwards, The Thirsty Magpie will be there with delicious hot drinks to warm you up and give us a chance to linger, chat and enjoy the evening together

Bring a mat, blanket or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and cosy.
