The Hepworth Gallery has a permanent collection of 44 full size, rarely seen working models - surviving prototypes in plaster and aluminium made in preparation for the works in bronze Hepworth executed from the mid-1950s to the end of her career. It also includes drawings and a large group of lithographs and screen prints by Barbara Hepworth.

The Tim Sayer Exhibition celebrates a collection donated to the City, and includes work by artists such as Alexander Calder, Prunella Clough, Sonia Delaunay, Naum Gabo, David Hockney, Paul Nash, Gerhard Richter and Bridget Riley among many others.

The Hepworth marks its 5th Anniversary with an exhibition that celebrates the artistic heritage of Wakefield and Yorkshire with a major display of paintings from the Wakefield Permanent Art Collection, and key works by Barbara Hepworth and Henry Moore. These great British sculptors grew up in Yorkshire and were both famously influenced by local landscapes.

The Yorkshire Sculpture Park is an open-air gallery in West Bretton near Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, showing work by British and international artists, including Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth. The park's collection of works by Moore is one of the largest open-air displays of his bronzes in Europe. Open Air exhibitions include work by the renowned American artist KAWS, whose wide ranging practice includes painting, sculpture, graphic design, toys and prints. In partnership with St Jude’s, YSP presents a unique group exhibition showcasing the best of contemporary UK art and design. Featuring the work of 13 artists including Mark Hearld, Peter Green OBE and Angie Lewin.

Adrian Sumner will be with us to guide us around both collections.
